I am trying a new technique to help strengthen my hair. I'm not going to shampoo it nearly as much. A friend if mine does it, and it makes her hair look awesome (disclaimer: she was also born with good hair). It might not change anything, but it doesn't hurt to try, right? I figure now is he best time to try, since I don't really see anyone besides my parents at work, and it's the winter so I'm not sweating as much.
How often do you shampoo your hair? Has anyone tried this technique before? I would love to see how it works!
